Sinopsis

Butterfly berkisah tentang tiga orang sahabat, Vano (Andhika Pratama), Tia (Poppy Sovia), dan Desi (Debby Kristi). Karena dari awal sudah cukup dekat dengan Tia, lama-kelamaan timbul sikap protektif dari diri Desi terhadap Tia. Tia sendiri jatuh cinta pada Vano, namun Vano justru menunjukkan ketertarikan pada Desi. Dengan alasan untuk menjaga persahabatan mereka, Desi meminta Tia untuk berjanji agar mereka bertiga tetap menjadi sahabat tanpa adanya unsur-unsur cinta.
Cerita mulai berkembang pada saat Desi menginginkan mereka mengadakan perjalanan keliling Jawa sebagai perayaan ulang tahunnya yang ke-20. Dan di dalam perjalanan tersebut, sedikit demi sedikit mulai terbuka kenyataan yang selama ini tersembunyi.
